Cosmetic Product Purchases

Returns: Due to the nature of our products we do not

allow returns unless your order is defective.

If your product is defective we will issue a

replacement. Please email this claim

immediately to

Damaged/Lost Delivery:

In order to process a replacement for orders damaged or

lost

by carrier please adhere to the following guidelines:

There is a 60-day window in which a claim can

be filed with carrier, Please ensure you have 7 images of the damaged product, Do not dispose of products until you have filed a claim with carrier, and they have inspected the damaged product.

Please e-mail your claim # with the images to

ColladoCosmetics@gmail.com for a replacement.

Cancellations: 

We do not accept order cancellations once processed.


Massage Therapy Services

Cancellations within 72 hours of appointment will receive 60% refund.

Packages are valid for 90 days.
